Cookie preferences
Every cookie and browser storage key this site uses, in one table. Non-essential cookies stay off until you allow them, and you can change your mind here at any time.

How we use cookies
Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser. We use very few, and they fall into three groups:
- Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in or remembering that you already answered the analytics question. These do not need consent.
- Functional. Remember a choice you made, such as your country. Set only when you make the choice.
- Analytics. Off until you allow them. If you do, Google Analytics measures aggregated visits and which pages are viewed. We never send form answers, names, email addresses or client activity to Google.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not load any non-essential cookie before you allow it.
Cookie inventory
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|

grantflow.analytics-consent.v1Strictly necessary | Stores your analytics choice (allowed or declined) so we do not ask again on every page. | Browser localStorage, first-party | Until you clear your browser storage or change your choice |
_ga, _ga_*Analytics (only after consent) | Google Analytics identifiers used to count visits and page views in aggregate. Set by Google, and only after you allow analytics. | Cookies, set by Google | Up to two years, set by Google |
grantflow.ga4.once.v1:*Analytics (only after consent) | Stops the same analytics event being counted twice in one browsing session. Written only after you allow analytics. | Browser sessionStorage, first-party | Until you close the tab |
sb-* (authentication)Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in to your client account. Set by our authentication provider for signed-in users only. | Cookies, first-party | For your signed-in session |
gf-demoStrictly necessary | Marks a read-only demonstration session of the client dashboard. | Cookie, first-party | Session |
Google's cookie lifetimes are set by Google and described in its own documentation. We list them as published and do not control them.
Your analytics choice
Analytics is off until you say otherwise. Allowing it helps us see which pages are useful; declining it changes nothing about how the site works for you. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed here whenever you like.
Change your analytics preference
Allowing analytics loads the Google Analytics tag with advertising personalisation disabled. Declining disables further collection and clears the analytics cookies and session event markers available to this site. More detail is in the analytics notice.
Current analytics preference: not chosen
Your browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop account sign-in from working. Deleting browser storage will clear your analytics choice, so we will ask again.
How we handle personal information more generally is in our privacy policy.
