Grant funding & public contract bids

We help businesses win public money.

Grant funding and public contract bid support across the UK and United States. We read the notice properly before anyone commits to anything.

Free scan. No call needed. Back within one working day.

One business. Two countries.

What are you pursuing?

WHO WE WORK WITH

Three situations we see most.

Your first public-sector bid

You can deliver the work. The tender pack is the unfamiliar part: the instructions, the eligibility questions, the scored responses and the portal.

A live opportunity and no spare capacity

You have bid before. This one lands in the middle of delivery and there is nobody free to write it properly before the deadline.

A draft that needs an honest second read

You want someone to tell you whether the opportunity is worth the effort, and where the response would lose marks.

How we work

From opportunity to submission.

  1. 01

    Find the fit

Start with a free scan or bring a notice you already have.

  2. 02

    Make the decision

Read the requirements and test your evidence before committing.

  3. 03

    Build the response

Agree the scope, then draft, review and prepare the submission.

WHAT YOU GET

A decision you can use. A response you can stand behind.

A written bid/no-bid view

The reasons to proceed, the reasons for caution, and the conditions to resolve before deciding.

A source-referenced requirement matrix

Instructions, eligibility gates, scored questions, attachments and submission rules, each tied back to the page it came from.

An evidence and responsibility plan

What the response has to prove, what you can already evidence, and who supplies what is missing. Gaps stay visible.

Response files within the agreed scope

Structured drafts, review comments, final approved files and a clear handover.

FEES

You know the price before any work starts.

  • Fixed fee for one opportunity. Larger engagements are quoted after we have read the notice.
  • Scope, fee and timetable agreed in writing before any paid work begins.
  • No success fees. No contingent fees on US federal work.
  • No outcome is guaranteed. Award decisions belong to the buyer or the funder.

Clear before you commit.

A written scope and fee before any paid work. Claims grounded in evidence. No outcome is guaranteed.

BEFORE YOU ASK

The questions we get first.

Do you guarantee we win?

No. Award decisions are made by the buyer or the funder. What we can do is make sure the response is compliant, answers the criteria, and is backed by evidence you can support.

Do you write it, or do I?

We draft against the questions and the scoring criteria using facts you confirm. You review and approve, and submission responsibility is agreed in writing. We do not submit in your name without authorisation.

What does it cost?

Price on enquiry. We read the opportunity, the requirements, the deadline and the workload before quoting. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before work starts.

Will you invent experience we don't have?

No. We do not invent registrations, certifications, staff or past performance. Missing evidence stays visible as an open question.
