Before we have US client history to show you, we show the work itself: a real, public notice; the gates and the bid/no-bid call; the requirement matrix mapped to the scoring; and a short response excerpt. The bidder in each example is fictional and labelled.

Community centre refurbishment for a Hampshire town council
A town council refurbishment scored 50% price, 40% quality and 10% local. We show how a small Hampshire decorating firm would read it, price it and answer the five quality questions.
