United Kingdom · grant funding
Find the funding route before you write the application.
A useful grant application starts with the right project, the right scheme and evidence that supports both. We help UK businesses explore potential funding, review the conditions and prepare the application.
UK-based support. We agree a suitable time to discuss your project.
What it is
From a possible match to a considered funding plan
The free scan helps you see where funding may be relevant. The paid strategy audit examines the scheme guidance alongside your business and project facts, so you can decide where to spend time.
Application support is a separate step. We develop the narrative and organise the evidence with you, keeping unsupported assumptions visible and the funder’s requirements in view.
Plain-English glossary
- Grant
- Funding offered under a scheme’s published conditions. The project, applicant and proposed costs must be checked against those conditions.
- Potential match
- A route worth investigating, based on available information. It is not an eligibility decision or funding offer.
- Funding strategy audit
- A paid review of suitable routes, evidence gaps, timing and the practical next steps for your project.
Who it is for
For a business with a project to move forward
Investing in the business
Equipment, digital improvements, hiring or decarbonisation plans that need to be checked against available schemes.
Developing something new
Businesses exploring research or innovation funding and needing to separate a promising project from a scheme-ready application.
Making a decision on timing
Owners and advisers who need a clearer view of eligibility conditions, contributions, project dates and evidence before committing.
What we actually do

- 1
Understand the business and project
Establish the location, activity, business size, intended spend and timing. Record what is known and what still needs confirming.

Review potential routes
Check relevant official scheme guidance and availability. Remove clear mismatches and explain unresolved eligibility conditions.
- 3
Set priorities
Weigh the potential benefit against the application effort, funding conditions and your capacity to deliver the project.
- 4
Prepare the application, when agreed
Develop the narrative, organise the project and financial information, and review the supporting evidence with you.

Questions
Before you get in touch
Do I need an audit before application support?
Not necessarily. If you already have a specific scheme and project, tell us. We still need to review suitability and the required evidence before agreeing writing work.
Can you guarantee that a scheme will accept us?
No. We check published conditions against the information you can support, record unresolved questions and explain the risks. The funder makes the decision.
What does the free scan include?
Potential matches and headline reasons. The paid audit adds scheme-level analysis, priorities and an application roadmap; application writing is separately scoped.
Can you keep checking for future funding?
Monitoring can be agreed separately. Its coverage and frequency are set out in the scope; it is not a requirement for an audit or writing engagement.
