Electric vehicle chargepoint grant for residential landlords

What it funds
This grant supports landlords in installing electric vehicle chargepoint sockets at residential properties. You can get 75% off the cost of buying and installing chargepoints up to a maximum of £500 per socket.You can receive grants for up to 200 sockets per year. The property must be located in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. If your property is in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, it is not eligible. Applicants must be registered at Companies House or VAT registered.
